For more than 23 years, this print resource magazine has been connecting RVers, snowbirds, and outdoor enthusiasts to the splendor of Arizona’s vast outdoor playground.

Originally titled Arizona State RV Guide, this valuable resource publication was rebranded to the Arizona RV Outdoor Life magazine in 2023 to complement the younger, more active RVers and seasonal travelers who are more outdoor recreation oriented.

Founded by Compass Marketing Group, LLC, which has been publishing RV-related print material since 1991, the magazine transferred ownership in 2025 to Creative Directions Media, LLC. The owners of Creative Directions Media have more than 30 years of experience in designing and publishing quality magazines as well as a love for vehicle-based adventure travel in Arizona. Both publishers are committed to providing useful, affordable, and attractive publications.

Published annually in October, each issue includes outdoor recreation opportunities, regional maps, details about the different areas of Arizona as well as useful information about Visitor Centers, RV Resorts, and RV & Outdoor Recreation Services/Suppliers.

Distribution is continuous and complimentary (20,000 print copies annually), throughout Arizona, within its nine user-friendly regions at Arizona Office of Tourism’s sanctioned Visitor Centers; Town, City, County & Tribal Visitor Centers/Chambers; RV/Outdoor Recreation Services (Dealers, Services & Suppliers); RV Resorts; State Shows & Rallies; and other appropriate locations.
